Our First Clients – Mary & Peter

Have you ever been inspired by the Holy Spirit to reach out to someone whom you felt was struggling with something? This is how Kingsdoms Crew's first clients, Mary and Peter, became our first clients. The business had yet to be officially started, yet planning was underway and board members were established. A few board members recognized this elderly couple needed support and decided to reach out to them. Mary and Peter built their home in Fort Thomas 42 years ago. Both were struggling physically and unable to maintain their home or traverse the steps to their bedrooms. For the most part, they were living on the first floor of their home. They knew this was becoming a problem but weren’t sure what to do about it. Kingdoms Crew rallied a community of people to assist them. Within a few months, our team was able to help them sell their existing home, buy a first-floor condo in the area, do minor repairs to both their old home and new condo, make many trips to St Vincent DePaul, and eventually assisted them in moving into their new condo home. Peter and Mary were so grateful for all the assistance. Due to their physical limitations, it would not have been possible to achieve this independently. They were such a blessing to our team. We were thankful for God's intervention in our first client experience. We are excited and passionate about serving more people in our community.
